The Service may include:

  • Tracking how often your brand appears in AI responses
  • Monitoring your position relative to competitors
  • Identifying sources and citations influencing AI outputs
  • Analyzing trends in AI visibility over time
  • Providing prompt suggestions aligned with real user queries

2.2 What Cite AI Does Not Do
Cite AI does not:

  • Guarantee specific rankings, mentions, or outcomes
  • Directly influence AI model outputs
  • Provide business, legal, or strategic advice unless explicitly stated

2.3 Service Access
Cite AI provides access to the platform via the internet. We may update or improve the Service at any time, provided core functionality is not materially reduced.

2.4 Third-Party Dependencies
Our Service relies on third-party platforms and AI models such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. Availability and behavior of these systems are outside our control.

2.5 No Guaranteed Results
Outputs depend on inputs such as prompts and external data sources. Cite AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes.



3. Service Availability and Maintenance

3.1 Cite AI aims to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service.

3.2 Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

3.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation but will address issues promptly.



4. Use Requirements

4.1 Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Provide accurate and lawful input
  • Ensure your use does not infringe third-party rights

4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:

5. Intellectual Property and Data

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Fees are based on the selected plan and billing cycle.

6.2 Payments must be made on time using the agreed payment method.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

8.2 Cite AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or specific results.

8.3 You use the Service at your own risk.



9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Cite AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding period.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.



10. Term and Termination

10.1 The agreement begins when you sign up or start using the Service.

10.2 You may cancel your subscription according to your billing plan.

10.3 Cite AI may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment.

10.4 Upon termination, access to the Service will be discontinued, and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.



11. Data and Privacy
